Safety certificates

All UK rental properties must have an annual gas check and landlords gas safety certificate. This is required as part of the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations. We provide safety checks and certificates for all fuels.

Landlords and managing agents in the public and private sectors must ensure all gas installation pipework, gas appliances, flue systems and installations relating to other fuels are maintained and in a safe condition. A Gas Safe Registered engineer must perform a gas check and issue a gas certificate at least every 12 months.

We offer regular gas safety checks to landlords with rental properties in Exeter and the surrounding areas. We will issue a landlord’s gas certificate after each gas check. We keep records of all gas checks and certificates issued and will send you a reminder when they are due for renewal. This will help you to ensure that you meet your gas safety obligations at all times.
